3) Store Credit—With Our Compliments
Once your return is received and approved, store credit equal to your product value (excluding shipping fees, custom duties, import taxes and local fees) will be presented to you, with our compliments, via your registered email. This credit is valid for 6 months, offering you the privilege of selecting another SoulTouch creation that suits your desire. Kindly note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
4) Non-Returnable Selections
To maintain our exceptional standards, exchanges and returns cannot be accepted for:

5)Shipping and Assurance
We invite you to arrange return shipping with a reputable courier and full tracking for added security. All shipping and handling expenses for exchanges are gracefully undertaken by the client. SoulTouch regrets that responsibility for loss or damage during transit cannot be accepted. Kindly note that customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
6)Exceptional Care for Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please allow our concierge team to make it right. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@soultouchstore.com and attach clear images. We will carefully review and promptly arrange a replacement or provide store credit, with our sincere apologies.
